Louisiana Style Red Beans and Rice

We went to Louisiana a few months ago and I had the best red beans and rice dish there at a restaurant. Since then, I’ve been searching for just the right recipe to make them at home. I think I just found it. Of course the type of sausage you use for this dish makes all the difference, so I’ll have to do just a bit more tweaking to find just the right one.
